Week 1 is done

Finished week 1 with no cheating. It was really pretty easy to stay on track… I just made sure I was prepared with foods.
Energy level was high I slept great and woke up rested.
Kinda taking it easy this week for workouts cause I just signed up for GORUCK Light on Sat.   I did run Monday though 3 x8mins.  I should again Thurs am.
