Day 4- Still going strong… havent cheated and havent been too hungry.. I get a few strong urges everyday but keep telling myself how bad I want this.. How i want to feel better!!!
Couchto5k training today.. 8mins run, 2min walk, repeated 3 times.. and i actually ran all 8 mins each time, goal when we started was to finish 1 of them! I was slow as hell, and im sure i didnt look good.. but i did it!
